Hadley's Soccer & Lexi's Dance Recital

Hadley decided to give soccer another try. We all liked indoor much better! This time her team was called The Marshmallows. She did a great job. She finally started to try and get in there and fight for the ball instead of always running to be goalie. She never did score a goal like she wanted but she played hard and we are very proud of her. She is done with soccer for now though and wants to go back to dancing. (YAY!!) I think she felt a little left out when she was not in the last dance recital.

Lexi's Dance Recital!!

After the recital when they were done doing their bows, Santa showed up! Everyone was so excited. He came in the back of the auditorium and Lexi ran to the end of the stage waving to him. She was so cute! He finally made his way to the stage and the audience was waving to him and that is why Lexi is waving back in this picture!....she thought everyone was waving to her!! It was so funny! She really is our true blonde chick. Her aunt Aimee had given her a piece of gum before she went up there, so to top it off she was up there chomping away on her bubble gum, kind of oblivious to everything just randomly getting excited and jumping around then she turns to find everyone waving to Santa and waves back and says hi. Seriously it was the funniest thing ever! Our sweet little Lexi, we just love her!!

I love how in this picture Lexi and the girl next to her are doing two totally different things!

Lexi was born to dance! She really does know how to shake it! She dances all the time at home..or at grandma's, or anywhere else!
