Brae is 18 Months!!

My little 18 month old is 33 1/2 inches tall, weighs 25 lbs 12oz and has a head circumference of 45 1/2. Actually not so little, right? This chick is in the 95th percentile. Not quite as big as Hadley who has always been in the 97th but she sure gives her a run for her money! We sure do love this little bundle. She is definitely one of a kind! She is really starting to talk a lot, she repeats everything anyone says. She has such a funny personality and she is such a lover. She gives hugs to anyone her size or smaller. The problem is, she doesn't have a bubble and if the baby she is trying to hug won't hug her back, she will hit them or push them. She has a little bit of her Grandpa Kunz in her. She really can be such a sweetheart though. We are truly blessed to have her in our lives. She is kind of the boss of our house..sad, I know but how can we resist her sweet smile added with a "peese"? I could seriously eat her up. She is the best cuddler ever and acts way beyond her age. I guess that is what happens when you have two older sisters that you are trying to keep up with. Brae, we love you so much, thank you for coming to our family.

Chinese New Year

Hadley's class of course celebrated the Chinese New Year. They put on a cute little program with the second graders who are also in the program. They were told to wear black and red, Hadley chose her beautiful Christmas dress. She was so excited to be a ribbon dancer in thr program. Here she is after the program with her friends Alyssa and Cambria.

Happy New Year!!

We headed up to the cabin again this year to celebrate the New Year. I loved it! It is so nice to be able to put the kids to bed and not have to worry about driving home. We were even lucky enough to get a snow storm the first night we were there so there was something to go sledding on. I could not believe how much snow there wasn't!! Brae was a big fan of sledding...just like my other kids. I wondered if she would be scared at all, but who was I kidding, one of my kids scared of something like that..yeah right. So far they've all been little dare devils. It was so fun to watch them. Brae yelled "weeeee" every time, then she would say "gen" that means again. We had a blast and are so thankful that we have such a beautiful place to get away to.

Time to get the pots and pans ready and start the count down! The best part of it all was it was only 8:00..bed time for the kids so the adults can party!!! Ha ha, we did that last year too, they had no idea, they were just thankful to stay up until "midnight"

My three little darlings!

Don't ask me what Lexi is doing

Brae was so confused at why we were letting all the kids make such a ruckus!

Brae was obsessed with trying to get this bear out, she kept saying "stuck" and pulling on him!
